Tuition Fee

Students are required to pay during the first lesson of each Phase
In case of withdrawal mid-way, Mathaholic will refund the fee for unattended lessons to students or their parents. Late reception of the refund one month after withdrawal request has been raised will not be entertained
Please kindly refer to the amount to be paid and dates of classes on the receipt

Rules

Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before class and take attendance at the reception
As a simple matter of courtesy, please switch off your mobile phones (or switch to vibrating alarm) before lesson begins. Students should ask for permission in class to talk on phone outside classroom
Students should attempt to finish all coursework, hand in on time and listen to tutor’s instructions
It is strictly forbidden to take away notes and exercises while skipping lessons
In case of early leave, students should inform Mathaholic of the reason and time in advance. Attendance has to be taken before departure

Hoilday and make-up lessons

Please call our centre for any leave application (e.g. sickness, clashes with school after-school activities or school trips)
It is prohibited to transfer tuition fee of unattended make-up lessons to the next Phase
Please refer to www.joinusmathaholic.com and notices distributed during class for office hours in long holidays
Mathaholic endeavours to provide make-up lessons. In case of failure to arrange make-up tutorials due to time and space constraint, students should take back their assignments and complete before deadline

Arrangement for bad weather

Mathaholic adheres to the Education Bureau’s guidelines for typhoon and storm signals
Students should call their parents for pick-up in case of class suspension. Our centre is not liable to students’ safety during travelling
No make-up lessons or refund are available for classes suspended during typhoon and bad weather
